Reviews
I have a hard time winding down at night after work + exercise. I take two re-chargies around 45 minutes before bed and I’m finally able to fall — and stay — asleep. I don’t love the taste, but the results make it worth it. I do wish there were more in each tin given I need to take 2.
TLDR: Re-Chargies are fantastic, but I had to dock a star because it's a small amount of product per tin, and in practice the cost per use ends up steep. Details: These are a godsend for my chronic, hard-to-treat insomnia—there are a lot of products out there that aid in falling asleep, but I've never used a non-Rx product before these that actually helped me *stay* asleep (which is the issue my variant of insomnia causes) all night. Extra impressed that they can do this and also be truly non-drowsy. Great for bedtime but also for taking the edge off, simmering down after an intense workout, etc., at any time of day. The downside is that, at 20 gummies per tin, you're getting only a few weeks' supply if you use them regularly, or less—taking two gummies is more effective for me, but that leaves me with only 10 servings per tin and a high cost per serving. Even if I ration it to one per serving, less than a month's supply per order means that to stick with these I'd have to re-up quite frequently. Ultimately, I avoid using them as often as I'd like to. All in all, amazing product for daily use with a range of applications, but a bit of a disconnect between practical usage and packaging/price.
Remarkably relaxing and effective!
I’ve tried everything under the sun to help me unwind, fall asleep, and stay asleep. Re-Chargies are so far the only remedy that has consistently worked without awful side effects. It’s non drowsy, not too strong, but gently calms me down and helps me fall asleep. I always wake up feeling rested and refreshed. Four stars because I wish the tin included more gummies. Sometimes I ration mine out with 1/2 gummy per night because I don’t want to go through them so quickly.
Really nervous to take these at first but glad I did. I really loved how it made me feel refreshed and it was a great alternative to other supplements.
