Are Joggy products USDA Certified Organic?
All of our products use non-GMO ingredients and we have certifications to back that up! But today, we are not USDA Organic Certified.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, our products are all plant-based — no animal products are used at any point in production.
How are your ingredients sourced?
Our goal is to bring the cleanest, most innovative products directly to you. Above all, we prioritize and formulate our products to be plant-based, and do not rely on synthetics or fossil-based ingredients.
Where are your products made?
We source only the best ingredients globally + all of our finished products are formulated and manufactured in the USA.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. All of our packaging is thoughtfully designed with Mother Earth in mind, we selected materials that are easy to recycle in most curbside recycling systems.
Do your products have an expiration date?
We can confirm that Joggy products are shelf-stable for up to 12 months, though we know you won’t be able to keep them around for that long!
Orders + Shipping
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, prepaid debit cards, money orders, Bitcoin or hugs.
Will I be charged for sales tax?
Sales tax depends on where you live and which items you purchase. All taxes will be listed during the checkout process.
How will I know my order is shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll get an email notification with tracking info. You can also check on the status of your package directly on our website in the chat box.
Why hasn’t my tracking number updated?
Sometimes it takes 24-48 hours before your tracking info shows live updates. If it’s been more than two business days without any movement, please reach out to our team at email@example.com so we can help get to the bottom of it.
When can I expect my order?
Orders placed before 12PM EST M-F typically ship same-day, and all orders placed during the week will ship within 24 hours. Currently, we offer several shipping speeds — if you selected standard shipping, your order will arrive within 2-7 days depending on where it’s headed.
How much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping is free for all orders over $150 + for all subscription orders. If your order is less than $150, there will be a $7 flat-rate fee. You can also opt for expedited delivery if you need your Joggy in a pinch.
My tracking says that my order was delivered, but I never received it. What should I do now?
Shipping carriers aren’t perfect — sometimes your order might say delivered when it’s actually still in their possession. Reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you track it down.
What happens to missing or damaged packages?
Don’t worry — we’ll help make things right. Contact our team at email@example.com for help.
Can I cancel my order?
You can make changes to your order within 30 minutes of when it was placed. Reach out to our team via chat or email ASAP. After the 30-minute window, we can’t make any guarantees but we will always try our best.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we are only able to ship Joggy products within the United States. Send us a note to tell us where in the world you’d like to order from — we’d love to hear from you.
Returns + Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you love your Joggy — if you’re not satisfied with your items, please reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any subsequent returns must be unopened and completely sealed in order to to be considered for a refund. Returns are inspected at our warehouse prior to being refunded. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of your purchase date to be eligible.
How do I set up a return?
Reach out to our team via chat or email at email@example.com. Please include your name, order number + the reason for the return — we’ll help out with any questions + next steps. If you’re returning a gift, please send the name of the person who purchased it and their email address so we can help track down the original order.
Can I exchange my products?
At the moment we are unable to process exchanges. We recommend placing a new order to ensure you get your desired products.
How do Joggy subscriptions work?
Our subscription program allows you to get automatic refills of your favorite Joggy products at a frequency that makes sense for your needs. Once you sign up, you’ll receive all shipments at 15% off of the original retail price. You can edit or cancel your subscription at any time — we’ll be sure to send you a reminder a few days before your next order is scheduled to ship. What products are available for subscription?
All CBD products are available for subscription — including Runners High, Ready Steady + Joy Stick.
When will I receive my shipment each month?
You’ve got several frequency options when setting up your subscription — every 1, 2 or 3 months. You can update your frequency or skip an order whenever you like within your customer account portal.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Making changes is simple — head to your customer account portal to skip, change or cancel your subscription at any time. If you haven't already activated your account, you will need to do so before logging in.

Can I apply discounts to my subscription?
As subscription products are already discounted, no additional discounts can be applied.
Are Joggy products available for wholesale?
At the moment, Joggy products are available on our website and select retailers nationwide. Feel free to send us a note at if you’re interested — we’ll be sure to keep you posted if that ever changes.
