What is a Cannabinoid?
Cannabinoids are naturally occurring compounds found in Cannabis and have active benefits. There are over 130 different types of cannabinoids active in hemp, each of which produce different effects. CBD, THC + THCV are examples of three different types of cannabinoids.
What is CBD?
CBD is a cannabinoid that promotes that iconic, loose-limbed euphoria known as a runner’s high — naturally. It also supports pain relief after exercise and helps relieve stress.
What makes CBD “Full-Spectrum”?
There are three forms of CBD typically found in CBD products: Full-Spectrum, Broad-Spectrum, and CBD Isolate.
Full-Spectrum CBD — Our non-psychoactive hero cannabinoid contains multiple, complementary cannabinoids (compared to CBD Isolate, which is 100% CBD) to ensure a balanced, whole-plant extract experience.
Broad-Spectrum CBD — This type of CBD does not contain THC. It does, however, contain other components of the cannabis plant — so it’s not 100% CBD.
CBD Isolate — Pure CBD that has been filtered to remove other cannabinoids, flavonoids or terpenes.
How does CBD differ from THC?
CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) are the most common cannabinoids found in cannabis products — our CBD is sourced from hemp, the low-THC part of the cannabis plant. THC possesses intoxicating properties while CBD does not.
What is THCV?
This cannabinoid is non-psychoactive in low to moderate doses and contains natural energizing and euphoric properties which — when combined with CBD and alpha-pinene — create a balanced, clear-headed + joyful level of energy.*

How it Works
Aren’t endorphins responsible for your Runner’s High?
It’s unlikely. You know that loose-limbed, easy euphoria you may experience during a long-distance run? Our Endocannabinoid System may be the real reason behind this natural buzz. In a recent study, researchers blocked runners’ ability to respond to endorphins. However, when the participants still developed the gentle intoxication, it suggested that endorphins could not be responsible for this iconic high.1 The truth is, your body naturally releases something chemically similar to cannabis during pleasant activities such as running terrific distances and experiencing orgasm. This is known as your Endocannabinoid System — it helps modulate and regulate your moods.
¹ Important to note, endorphins cannot cross the blood-brain barrier, so even if they are present in the body of a runner — because of their molecular structure — they cannot possibly alter mental states. (Side note: We’re still pro-endorphins. They do other great things. Especially beta-endorphins — they’re neuropeptides involved in pain management.
What is the Endocannabinoid System?
The Endocannabinoid System (ECS) is a network of chemical signals and cellular receptors that are densely packed in our brains and bodies. Cannabinoid receptors in the brain regulate activity levels of most other neurotransmitters and help regulate functions such as hunger, temperature or alertness. Our bodies produce molecules called endocannabinoids to stimulate these receptors, which are structurally similar to cannabinoids.
In some studies, endocannabinoid levels have been shown to increase after prolonged running and cycling, leading many scientists to conclude that endocannabinoids help to create what we experience as the “Runner's High.”
What is a water-based CBD delivery system and what makes that superior?
Joggy’s proprietary water-based CBD delivery system supports 4x more absorption compared to conventional oil-based dosages.
Note: In a pharmacokinetic study performed by Santé Laboratories, conventional CBD oils were found to only provide 5 to 20 percent absorption, while water-based lipid encapsulation technology tested provided up to 80 percent absorption.

Translation: Our water-based, lipid encapsulation technology safeguards our active ingredients until they arrive in your small intestine and supports absorption. How does it work? The lipid encapsulation houses our active ingredients by mimicking your body’s cell storage structure without interference from inhospitable conditions found in your gastrointestinal tract (i.e., bile, stomach acids) which can degrade and dilute your ingestible’s potency along its journey (to your small intestine where absorption occurs).

What is the right amount of CBD for me?

Our ingestible products contain between 16-25mg of Full Spectrum CBD per serving. The right amount depends on your body, so we advise starting with the recommended serving size and taking note of how that feels for you. Studies across the US and EU have advised taking anywhere from 20-70mg on average per day — the amount is very specific to each person and may vary depending on the specific product.

Yes. Our products are based on scientifically studied dosages and are label-accurate. We formulated ours in a lipid encapsulation technology meaning consistency of the product remains stable (it won’t change its state), and from delivery through digestion there is no degradation or dilution of dosages.

How are Joggy formulations tested?

As well as our active ingredients, each of our products is rigorously tested for heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, and mycotoxins (which can lead to gut health issues).
Do your products contain common allergens like dairy, soy, gluten, nuts or eggs?
Ready Steady Drops, Runner’s High Drops, and Re-Chargies tested negative or were not detected above the level of detection (LOD): almond, brazil nut, cashew, coconut protein, cod parvalbumin protein (fish), egg, hazelnut, macadamia, milk protein, peanut, pecan protein, pistachio, sesame, tropomyosin protein (Crustacea), walnut, gluten, and soy-trypsin-inhibitor protein (soy).

All of our products use non-GMO ingredients and we have certifications to back that up! But today, we are not USDA Organic Certified.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, the majority of our products are currently vegan. Our ingestible supplements are all plant-based — no animal products are used at any point in production. As we prefer natural ingredients to synthetic, we made the choice to use beeswax in our topical Joy Stick balm.
How are your ingredients sourced?
Our goal is to bring the cleanest, most innovative products directly to you. Above all, we prioritize and formulate our products to be plant-based, and do not rely on synthetics or fossil-based ingredients.
Where is your hemp grown?
Our hemp is homegrown here in the United States — we work with quality, science-based manufacturers across the country to source top quality hemp.
Do your products contain THC?
We use Full-Spectrum CBD. As a result, all of our CBD products have trace amounts of THC in each serving. We’ve had each product tested and our lab levels indicate that the level of THC is below the federal legal limit of THC per serving by weight. Important to note, our products are non-intoxicating.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are made using ingredients grown in the United States. More specifically, our CBD products were formulated in Austin, TX and produced in both Texas and Colorado.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. All of our packaging is thoughtfully designed with Mother Earth in mind, we selected materials that are easy to recycle in most curbside recycling systems.
This package lives many lives before it reaches you. Aluminum is 100% recyclable and can be recycled infinitely. While it’s nice to be “recyclable”, it’s more important to actually get recycled. Did you know 75% of all produced aluminum is still in use today — while only 9% of plastics are recycled?
To recycle: place in the recycling bin along with other metal waste.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep your Joy Stick aluminum case as it is designed to be refilled and reused!
Glass is 100% recyclable and can be recycled endlessly without loss of quality or purity.
To recycle: rinse your dropper bottle and place in the recycling bin with your other glass waste.
To ensure the accurate dosing of our formulas, our droppers cannot be made entirely from glass or aluminum. Where plastic use is unavoidable, Joggy partners with RePurpose Global to achieve Plastic Negative status, so we can assure we are taking as much/more plastic out of the world as we are putting in. It’s not perfect, but we are committed to constant improvement and the most planet-positive solution available.
To recycle: disassemble the dropper into its three parts — glass pipette, plastic cap & rubber bulb — and place each component into its proper recycling bin. Note: Due to their small size, some recycling plants may reject these pieces as they are more difficult to machine-sort — but it’s still better to try this way!
We believe in forest stewardship and follow the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) as a philosophy for material use. We have chosen to reduce our use of paper by engaging alternative hemp waste packaging producers. Hemp is our hero material across many products, and to contribute to the circularity of this product, we use pre-consumer recycled hemp waste shipping and packaging. Hemp is also fully recyclable in your home paper recycling stream.

How do you ensure quality in your products?
Joggy products were formulated in partnership with Sante Laboratories, an ISO 17025:2017 accredited analytical lab in Austin, Texas. We have all Certificates of Analysis available on our website for review by batch to give full visibility to the customer that our products meet our claims. Review our COAs here.
Do your products have an expiration date?
We can confirm that Joggy products are shelf-stable for up to 12 months, though we know you won’t be able to keep them around for that long!
How should I store my products?
We recommend keeping all of your Joggy products in a cool, dry place. Our products are shelf-stable. (Translation: No refrigeration necessary.) Do not freeze.
Orders + Shipping
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and partner with Sezzle for post-purchase financing. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, prepaid debit cards, money orders, Bitcoin or hugs.
Will I be charged for sales tax?
Sales tax depends on where you live and which items you purchase. All taxes will be listed during the checkout process.
How will I know my order is shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll get an email notification with tracking info. You can also check on the status of your package directly on our website in the chat box.
Why hasn’t my tracking number updated?
Sometimes it takes 24-48 hours before your tracking info shows live updates. If it’s been more than two business days without any movement, please reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help get to the bottom of it.
When can I expect my order?
Orders placed before 12PM EST M-Ftypically ship same-day, and all orders placed during the week will ship within 24 hours. Currently, we offer several shipping speeds — standard ground shipping or 2-day expedited shipping. If you selected standard shipping, your order will arrive within 5-10 days depending on where it’s headed.
How much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping is free for all orders over $100 + for all subscription orders. If your order is less than $100, there will be a $7 flat-rate fee. You can also opt for expedited delivery if you need your Joggy in a pinch.
My tracking says that my order was delivered, but I never received it. What should I do now?
Shipping carriers aren’t perfect — sometimes your order might say delivered when it’s actually still in their possession. Reach out to our team at email@example.com and we’ll help you track it down.
What happens to missing or damaged packages?

Can I make changes to my order?
There is a narrow window of time to make changes to your order. Do you ship internationally?

What is Route?
Route offers a comprehensive package protection experience, which also includes detailed tracking + carbon neutral shipping. We think it’s a win-win-win.
How does Route work?
Route will be automatically added to your cart unless you opt out. After you place your order, you’ll receive a separate confirmation email from Route including your package ID number, as well as instructions on how to track your package or file a claim. Should an issue arise, you can process a claim directly with Route — their team will resolve your issue within 24 hours.
How much am I charged for Route?
Route costs $0.98 for any order under $100. If your order is more than $100, Route’s fee will be 2% of the total order value.
Can I add package protection later?
Once your order has been placed, you are unable to opt into carbon neutral shipping + package protection.

Returns + Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you love your Joggy — if you’re not satisfied with your items, please reach out to our team at email@example.com for a refund. Any subsequent returns must be unopened and completely sealed due to the ingestible nature of the product in order to receive a refund. Returns are inspected at our warehouse prior to being refunded. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of your purchase date to be eligible.
How do I set up a return?
